1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Snippets, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the tool.

2. Data Responsibility and Backups

Snippets operates exclusively within your browser's local storage (LocalStorage). We do not have access to, perform cloud backups of, or have the ability to restore lost information. The responsibility for exporting and keeping secure backups of your data is entirely yours. Clearing your browser data or cache will result in the permanent deletion of your snippets.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Snippets only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the tool. The content you save locally is your sole responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All content you enter into your vault belongs to you. However, the source code, design, interface, and branding of Snippets are the exclusive property of its developers and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Snippets is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damages, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use our tool.
